With an extensive background in IP and Voice Related Networks and Systems, both in terms of technology breadth and executive decision making, Mick has worked in research or design at every level of the architecture from optical plant, transmission, switching and intelligence to Operational Support Systems

Mick has made a major contribution in relating technical visions to business drivers. He has a reputation for producing practical designs and development proposals that have yielded significant business benefits.

As Chief Architect for BT’s 21st Century Network programme he led the architecture for one of the most radical NGN transformations in the industry.
